Welcome to the English Teacher and Learner Cooperative (eTLC). We are a non-commercial organization the purposes of which are to provide English learners in Japan with the opportunities to develop and practice their knowledge of English, to provide teachers of English in Japan with opportunities to help English learners in that development and practice, and to provide the means through which these purposes can be accomplished.
