We had a fine time at the April 22 meeting of the West Tokyo chapter. Our next meeting will be May 27. In light of the recent shootings in Virginia, Nagasaki and Machida we decided that “gun control” would be timely. Details will be provided soon.

Welcome to the English Teacher and Learner Cooperative (eTLC). We are a non-commercial organization the purposes of which are to provide English learners in Japan with the opportunities to develop and practice their knowledge of English, to provide teachers of English in Japan with opportunities to help English learners in that development and practice, and to provide the means through which these purposes can be accomplished. Currently, our Niiza and West Tokyo chapter meets monthly at eTLC Central, located near Hibarigaoka Station on the Seibu-Ikebukuro Line. Please contact us if you are interested in joining us.
