Niiza/West Tokyo eTLC Meeting is July 27
Even though it may be a little too hot to venture outside, you will not want to miss our next meeting. Simply, what better way is there to beat the summer heat than to spend an afternoon in air-conditioned comfort at eTLC Central? This month we will discuss whether or not the age a person is considered to be an adult (coming-of-age) should be changed. Recently, more and more people believe 18 would be more appropriate than 20.
What do you think? Would it be better to change the age? What age do you feel a person should be legally considered an adult? Why do you think so? What would be the benefits of changing the age? Or, do you think it is best to leave it at 20? What is the legal age in other countries?
If you are interested in sharing your ideas about this issue or you want to find out what others think, please come to the July 27th meeting of the Niiza/West Tokyo chapter of eTLC. We are more than happy to have you join us.
Without a doubt, our meeting will be an excellent way to improve your English and a great excuse to spend a little time with our pleasant group of members. What better way is there to spend a Sunday afternoon?
